Bernardo Silva scored the only goal that condemned Chelsea to a defeat against the Premier League leaders Manchester City on Sunday evening defeated Chelsea 1-0 in a Premier League tie

Manchester City on Sunday, March 4, moved 18 points clear on the Premier League standings after beating reigning EPL champions Chelsea 1-0 at the Etihad Stadium. Bernardo Silva scored the only goal that condemned Chelsea to a defeat against the Premier League leaders. Pep Guardiola's men have now beaten the Blues two times this season in the Premier League as Kevin De Bruyne's goal gave the Citizens the win at Stamford Bridge in the reverse fixture.

Chelsea started the match impressive, But Manchester City eventually scored their goal in the in the 46th minute when David Silva delivered a glorious pass for Bernardo Silva it was  an error from Cesc Fabregas in the 12th minute almost cost the Blues a goal. Nigerian winger Victor Moses also made a good clearance in the 17th minute as he prevented Leroy Sane from getting an advantage.

But Manchester City eventually scored their goal in the in the 46th minute when David Silva delivered a glorious pass for Bernardo Silva to beat Chelsea goalie Thibaut Courtois.

Chelsea failed to score in the second half as Manchester City took the advantage of the goal they scored in the first half to win the match 1-0.
